Sounds good bro , I’ve usually noticed that my body takes 3-5 days to get into keto. Starts off slow but ramps up
 
actually takes 2 weeks to fully get back into it bro long term i mean
Oh ok, is deep keto maintaining the 1-2nmol range for 2 weeks or is it higher around 3?
