Fasted 22 hrs ate from 3-8pm

Safe to say I killed thanksgiving it kind of went downhill after all the food came out 😂

Cardio: 30 min shoveling driveway
1.5hrs butterfly alternating between explosiveness and frequency of strokes

Had 5 slices of pie but it down too fast

Love a good Thanksgiving meal but no clue how you could eat 5 slices of pie!
They were very small pies not even exaggerating so naturally five slices came pretty easy lol. No way I could eat 5 normal slices

Sounds good what were thinking for bicep volume ?

Also I noticed that I tend to rest every other day so I’m now doing a full body then cardio day. The exercises haven’t been changed at all so I can still continue to progress on them

Cardio: 1.5 hrs butterfly swimming alternating each 50 yard between frequency and intensity

Diet : 3 cups of coffee
 
on your rest day I would do a lot of stretching and Mobility work and maybe a little bit of cardio
Are there any specific exercises that are beneficial for mobility that you recommend?
 
Thanksgiving meal looks really good
it's okay man make sure you burn it off
 
22 hour fasting you earned that extra pie
