you can do extra but we trying to lean out so cardio and ketosis are your friends @Monogordo5
you're on gear so muscle loss we shouldnt worry about too much
we can bulk back up later in mass
Sounds good, should sodium I be concerned about my sodium intake as of now or will the come later on when we’re trying to shed some of the water retention it causes

I wouldnt worry too much but need to see more training and food updates from you, more regular because last time you were not in deep ketosis @Monogordo5

Cardio: 1 hours walking(fasted)

Training today was a rest day

Ok I understand, I’ll definitely try harder this time! I just posted todays log ketone test strip for tomorrow should be up in 8 hrs
