a glucogenesis will convert that meat into sugar in the body but you'll still bounce back into ketosis if you fast again
 
Not sure I would go for the tongue but looks like you had a great time at the barbecue.
 
Yeah, one meal a day is the best thing ever. You have great energy throughout the day and it works perfect.
 
don't forget the fiber on days. You eat that much meat in one setting.
Otherwise good chance you get constipated.
 
Are you supplementing with fiber supplements or are you eating some vegetables and some fruit with it?
 
I would eat maybe some papaya and pineapple.
Also, things like apples. Have good fiber, bananas too.
 
ketones are staying high. you are Burning a lot of body fat like crazy. Keep it up.
