March 22nd refeed log

Breakfast : 3 pancakes with maple syrup and eggs and hash browns

Mid day snack: 2 donuts from a local shop, couple Girl Scout cookies, some mixed nuts, 2 chomps meat sticks and prebiotic soda

Lunch: Chipotle burrito with rice beans chicken and lots of veggies

Second snack : 2 fair life protein shakes, raw cheese assortment with 5 bananas and pound of grape and couple tbsp honey

Dinner: Thai food had some type of rice and seafood dish , papaya and mango salad, grilled squid and 1 piece of fried shrimp

Desert: 1 pint of ice cream for bears( only contains Whole Foods and sweetened with raw honey)
 
Thoughts update March 22nd

As I reflected over the day I realized a few things. I’m not used to this feeling of being full not the type where you over eat a lot but the kind where you don’t think about your next meal and just feel light and satiated throughout the day. I don’t like this feeling at all.

I still want to cut for some reason, as I was laying in bed last night thinking about moving forward it just felt wrong ending the cut. I’m not sure if this is a type of eating disorder or something but I feel hooked on the lifestyle I’ve been living these past few weeks.

When I further reflected on this, I felt a certain type of unrest almost like anger but I wasn’t sure who it was directed it at. It might have been there for a while but I never really had time to look into it due to the training that took up most of my day. But so far I think the cutting is a coping mechanism for something . So it’s fine I’d like to stick to it until I reach 155-160 pounds

but what we need to do is have you on the bodyopus/anabolic diet
this way you can cut and gain mass
you drop back into ketosis and we'll walk you thru this
it usually means 5 days deep ketosis with 2 days refeed (but super clean foods and VERY low fat high carbs medium protein)

Ok bro how many calories should I be eating at now ? I was eating 15-1600. What should macro distribution be for weekend and week days. I’m doing grocery shopping tmrw

I feel like I’ve just been eating most of the day which was a complete 180 from what I had been doing before. I think keeping fasting will help. Overall I feel well rested: without carbs I haven’t had a good nights sleep in a while. As for the future we’re making a roadmap to compete in spring of 2026 right?

Cardio: 13 miles fasted walking and 7 miles non fasted. 20 miles in total

Chest-Supported Machine Row – 1 x 25 reps (full stretch & hard contraction)
1 plate each side

Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip, Full Stretch) – 1 x 25 reps 85 pounds


Preacher Curl (Slow Negative for Peak Hardness) – 1 x 25 reps 18kg


Triceps Rope Pushdown (Controlled Tempo) – 1 x 25 reps 70 pounds

1️Incline Machine Press – 1 x 25+ reps (slow negative, full lockout) 1 plate each side


Pec Deck (Squeeze Hard at Peak Contraction) – 1 x 25+ reps 100 pounds
