Meal 1: 99/1 12 oz ground turkey 8 tbsp butter

Cardio: 13 miles fasted walking and 7 miles non fasted. 20 miles in total

Training
Chest-Supported Machine Row – 1 x 25 reps (full stretch & hard contraction)
1 plate each side

Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip, Full Stretch) – 1 x 25 reps 85 pounds


Preacher Curl (Slow Negative for Peak Hardness) – 1 x 25 reps 18kg


Triceps Rope Pushdown (Controlled Tempo) – 1 x 25 reps 70 pounds

1️Incline Machine Press – 1 x 25+ reps (slow negative, full lockout) 1 plate each side


Pec Deck (Squeeze Hard at Peak Contraction) – 1 x 25+ reps 100 pounds


Dips (Bodyweight ) – 1 x 25 reps (deep stretch, hard lockout)


Seated DB Shoulder Press – 1 x 25 reps

25 pounds
Lateral Raises (Slow & Controlled) – 1 x 25+ reps 50 pounds


Rear Delt Machine (Squeeze & Hold 1 sec at Peak) – 1 x 25 reps 70 pounds

No, I basically went as low as possible on the dips. Thanks brother for your help along the way

Ate from 10-10:30

Since I’m relatively lean right now over the next 10 weeks could I keep cutting down to around 5-7ish % body fat with a high protein moderate fat low carb approach so I’m more full and can eat more volume

I was thinking of doing 220g protein 70g fat and 10-20g carbs with 18k steps and 30 min stair master everyday for first week then tweaking cardio to do more every week

Same macros from yesterday
80g protein 100fat

high protein low carbs moderate fat is not for you, more volume doesnt mean anything, its just stuffing your face

I wanted to give it change since I’m usually on an empty stomach when I do keto and the fatigue builds up. But I can definitely stick with it, if that’s what will get to me to that low body fat range

Sounds good bro, do you have any tips of preventing blisters ? I’ve tried running shoes and socks which help to a degree but my feet are still covered in blisters
