Dude I basically heat exhaustion today. Played basketball in 102 degree heat and didn’t drink enough water. Got rushed into shade and had some water melon and coconut water. Besides for that I had 5 75/25 burger patties macros were 140f 80p carbs not sure

Yea it was my bad I thought it wasn’t that hot. But today I had 16 oz 85/15 and 500g avocado. Stayed inside. Macros 140 fat 84p 10c

I was thinking of doing 20-22g sodium and 8-10g potassium tmrw into 4 gal water. I’ll be on a 8ht shift outside in addition to cardio lmk what you think
 
I dont know about GH but I think this is a lot if you're not deep into keto
What amounts would you recommend? Because I tend to sweat very easily even when I sleep

Training is way lower cause I was at a different gym and the machines required more stabilizers. No pssylium I get 20-30g fiber from my avocado

Yea it was a homemade sourdough situation. I had it before working it out so I think I burned it off. But I’ll probably keep carbs less than 20
