Approved Log My HRT Peptide Cycle Log

Monday morning.
My 4am dog drills. I also added a jump rope style (no rope) to 100 alternating left right (not the full jump with both feet bladder can't do that yet)
Nurri 30g protein shake. I woke up with a hungry tummy! Had the shake and did the walk. After the dogs/cats were fed I had an amazing gluten free waffle with real butter and 100% almond butter so yum.
NAD 500mg IM and test e 2mg IM.
Egg and garlic at work with protein drink.
I did 60 units of Minoutaur at lunch and walked over 1.5 mile walk outside in the beautiful sun.
I have an amazing salad, avocado with tuna waiting for me.

I can't seem to fast now. I am just hungry. Did my afternoon lunch walk and went to Walmart for an energy drink and was going to get some deli chicken but the line was long so I got some hummus and ate that with my beet veggie chips (real ones from farmers market). Now I am stuck in a half cubicle going batshit crazy to be outside.

Tuesday
Will be pretty much the same. I am running with NAD, B Complex, Amino5MQ NADH, or Lipo shots in the morning. With Slupp oral. And my CJC/Ipamorelin no DAC in the evening with my Estradiol 1mg (pill)and Progesterone 100mg (pill) , Metformin in the evening. Testosterone injections .o5mg 2 times a week. Monday and Thursday.

Ill be taking photos of my equipment and posting my evening work out. It's not much as I am usually toast. I think the progesterone is making me soo damn tired.

Dog walk 1.44 miles, 45 minutes (no rush sniffy walk) Block walk with senior dog. 100+ hugh knees, 30 lunges. 3 house sprint with my aussie while senior chihuahua sniffs and pees. :)
Bowl of catlina crunch with almond milk. Im so hungry when i wake up. I donthe Cjc/Impamorlen no dac before bed. Took my am supplements: omega oils, fiber, quercin q10, magnesium something. D A K, and a cyanne pepper shot.
.60 units NAD im. .50 units Hercules amino blend. 250mg slupp oral.
Now warming up at gym before core class followed by body pump.
Brought my banana and protein shake for after workout. Ibalsobhave my creatine water but its sooooo hard to drink ick. 🤢 i dint like flavored waters. Gummues give me a tummy ache.

Lets hope I grow right! My me photos are a bit depressing. How yall get good physique photos?
I also tried to make protein egg bites today. With Why protein and creatine powder. I feel good today, minus some belly stuff. Pelvis feels tight in the ab area. (Sorry I dont know my body part names well) Bruised pelvis over the weekend thanks to some hormones and a happy hubby. Working out my E and T balances. What little breasts I have are pretty tender. Did .03 E injection IM and .04 T on Tuesday. (I have a twice a week protocal. It's Test E) I also have the E pills 1mg I take nightly except on E injection day. Probably revisit that. I have 100mg progesterine RX pills also. I take them almost nightly. they really conk me out. I skip 2 or 3 days a week just so I can try to stay awake. Hard to find the E injections, this was an RX. I seem to be receptive to the T injections as I get a poofy pooch, oily skin and I can feel some anger issues resurfacing. So I am moniting all that. (Hence why I went down a bit) I have my body combat class today after work. So I brought a baked tater, pork chop, gravy and brocili for lunch dinner. I have an noon injection pen on board with Amino5mq-NADH. I did a 100mcg tesa and 100 mcg cjc/imp no dac this morning fasted. I am working on using my food to my workout and peps and working on fasted time for certain peps. Not sure I can do a fasted workout but maybe 2hrs after eating is my goal. Happy Thursday.

Photos get better with natural light, neutral background, and the same spot each time so you can actually see changes. Protein egg bites sound good, food looks balanced with the pork chop and potato, and your hormone setup makes sense as long as you’re adjusting based on how you feel with the e, t, and progesterone sister

Going tontry to log today.. ibhave read some logs and a little confused on the way sets are listed. I get the 3x10 part (example) but i see some more numbers. Like 3x10 8, 10, 7.

P 100mg oral. Major dislike. Taking at nnight. I skip occasionally due to fatigue and groggy. Did the oil capluse vaginaly last night instead of skipping.

Im rx'd Test C 10 mg a week. .o5 twice a week. Currently using Test E since it was faster then my lame telehealth. I was doing the 2 times a week. Now balance it over 3 times. Much better.

Metformin. 1 500mg at night. Instopped a whilendue to side effects but starting it back at night now.

BPC157 400MCG twice a day.
Reta 5mg wk
Tesa 2mg pm
Igf 10mcg after workout with carb and protein

I gained weight..my water retention went crazy. Better now. 120lbs. Got a tummy roll going. Probably the carbs sigh and need more gym time and less work. 🙃

@brandypup i don't see any point of doing metformin if you are on reta. metformin comes with issues like gut problems.

Thanks! Trying.... I am not a fall/winter person so transition is rough. Lost 2 of my senior pets. My big dog got sick, better now but has a neuter date. (Sorry boys)

@SteveSmi it was an RX. I got to 3 pills and felt like crap and stopped. Starting back at 1. We shall see. I dont feel it is doing anything for me. My fasting blood sugar when I wake up was 120 so I thought it might help. (96 now) but not very fasted lol. Is it just redundant with Reta?

@CEO well that backfired. blech. Not sure reta is my friend. Dropped back down and trying to tirate back up to 5mg wk in 2 doses. I have zero appitite control with it. Added some cargi but still chow hound. That said, it might be to support my workouts... idk I could just be addicted to eating. I just try to make sure I eat clean. It doesn't help that I make ALOT of food right now as I am trying to make sure my cousin and her husband eat well as she goes through chemo.

I just ate my breakfast without a photo!

(Simple Kneads) Toast, avacodo, eggg nom nom nom.

Tonight is Body Combat at the gym. I have IGF for after the work out and a Carb Surge shake.
I wish I could fford a trainer. Sigh. I feel like I could do so much more if it wasn't for work haha. I love reading everyones logs.
 
I keep a protein drink in the fridge as i get up a lot at night and want to eat. So i just drink some and go back into bed. I drink the rest after my morning coffee and take the dog for a walk and do some cardio. If i dont drink/eat something i get hunger pains and tend to rush back home..
Usually somple kneads toast, avocado and egg in am. I will swith up with a protein or gluten free waffle. Sometimes the gluton free/non gmo/ancient grain hella expensive cereal with either half and half or oat/almknd milk. I throw some creatine powder in there when i do.

Egg bites for break at work. With or without protein drink.

Hummus dried veggie snacks or nuts for lunch snack. Protein drink if i didnt have one earlier.

Dinner during the week is normally a salad and protein. Dessert almond butter and cacao %92.
Weekend dinners are a lot more lit. Full dinners.
