115lb Female, 5"5', 56yrs young.
189lbs until 2018. Gym, cut sugar, grains, rice, carbs, crap food. 2020 I was around 120lbs. 2022 Gained back to 150lbs. Gym, walks, jogging, healthy eating I stalled at 130lbs for years. 2023/2024 I was looking for weight loss assistance. Started Lipo shots as I didn't qualify for medical weight loss meds. 2025 I found Tirzepatide. Started in April 2025. Hit my goal weight in August 2025. Tapered off and working on muscle and hormones. (Learned a lot with all my peptide research)
Diet - AM protein shake and or Avocado Toast. Mid morning snack - Egg. Lunch Protein shake and or Yogurt, cottage cheeze and fruit. Early dinner is a salad with a protein and avocado. I have also added healthy grains back into my diet. Weekends I eat more if I am home. Like salmon or burgers.
Thursday gym is body combat. Saturday gym is Core and Body Pump. Friday is 1 hr at gym and will usually do legs and core. Machines, not free weights. Sunday is normally arms and core. Between Monday and Thursday its home gym mostly core. I walk daily over 2 miles. Up to 5.
Current cycle is:
Reta 2.5mg once a week. (Sunday)
Will be starting Ipamorelin/CJC no dac.
Looking at starting Tesa again.
I alternate VIt C, B12, NAD injections.
I also try to utilize various amino blends like Hercules, Zeus around my workouts.
My RX's (still waiting tap tap tap)
Testosterone 10mg wk between 2 injections
Estradiol V and Progesterone Pills. (Trying to get off prempro)
I also work 3 jobs. and have to run at the moment. Hope I did this correct and being female feeling out of place doing this here. But there you go.
