Monday update.
Morning started with 20mg of anavar dissolved under the tougne while having morning shower followed up by my 50mg test C injection in the delt today

Breakfast was 150g egg white and a maxs shred system chocolate shake with water.

Then off to the gym for a morning workout

training is good but cable rows need 15 reps in there
 
why 3 times per week? you're using enanthate, 2 pins per week enough its a 9 day half life bro

you need more volume in cable rows to get the pump squeezed in the end of the set
not required but would help bro :)
Was on 2 times per week at 0.3ml after blood test my TRT clinic recommended moving to 3 x week to balance estrogen levels better and less peaks
