@Trespassing_minds big volume broBusy week here hosting clients for my business, took a groups of 6 to a horse racing event called crown oaks day. Large event in a stunning hospitality suite
So have been extremely busy with airport pick ups dinners and breakfast.
Diet hasn't been as perfect as could be but have stuck to poached eggs and toast at breakfast and steak and veg at the dinners
Have only been able to gym train on Monday this week so have done a home dumbell routine today
4 sets of my 5kg Superset I created
15 to 20 reverse wrist curls
15 to 20 hammer curl
15 to 20 side Lateral raise
15 to 20 bicep curls
15 to 20 over head tricep extension
These are all done one after another with zero rest
Then a 3min rest for the next set .
They are light weight but gets nice pump in the arms
