I like the cable side lateral raise
a lot of people in the neglect that side of their body
 
this is a really solid workout
and I bet you're the only one working out on the cruise lol
 
any pics of the food? you should eat more on the boat bro :)
Can't get video to upload but was amazing choices of food we ate in buffet for breakfast and lunch and main served dining room for each dinner ( was great as could order as many dishes as you want so could order 3 streak and veg mains )

wow i would rip that up and eat a ton lol bro how you control yourself
 
Not easy to stay on track with all that food so good job! Got a nice training session in too which is awesome.
Wasn't easy at all got 3 training days in and lots of steps few games of paddle ball and some roller skating

Also met another travelling man on board which was interesting
 
Ok so back to reality today jumped on the scales to see the damage left on holidays weighting in at 98.3kg and came back and jumped on scales today at 100kg exactly

I am not that concerned as I feel it mainly water weight as I had an extremely low carb diet prior to holidays and I ate a lot of carbs on board the boat bread, rice pasta and treats

So today is unpack day and washing. Tomorrow will be back in to the gym

Will be kooking at some new supplies from @gearmaniac101 am thinking of adding some mastron to my test now I have finished up my anavar and love the results from this.

Wouldn't mind some recommendations on ratio of test C / E to mastron for dosage

you probably added water during the refeeds
you should start cutting the carbs and start going low carbs high protein medium fat bro

150g of egg white for breakfast and a Max's chocolate shake
Then off to the gym
