Trained back today with a few bicep workouts.
Lat pull downs 4 sets, 100lbs x12, 120lbs x12, 140lbs x10, 160lbs x8
Rope pulls 4 sets, 60lbs x12, 80lbs x12 100lbs x10, 120lbs x 8
Steated bicep curls 4 sets[each hand] 15lbs x 12, 20lbs x 12, 25lbs 10, 30lbs x 10
Bent over rows 4 sets, 135lbs x12, 145lbs x 12, 155lbs x10, 165lbs x 8
Lower back extension machine 4 sets, 60lbs x 12, 80lbs x 12, 100lbsx 10, 120lbs x 8
Seated rows 4 sets, 80lbs x 12, 100lbs x 12, 120lbs x 10, 140lbs x 8
And another set of bicep curls with same reps and weight. I have a torn distal bicep tendon from 6 years ago and never got it fixed so it prevents me from going heavy with biceps.
Feeling a bit awkward with the picture situation since I've never done it before, is there an app go use to blur the face and tattoos out?
