Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Breakfast - protein shake

Lunch- salad with chicken

Dinner- steak and broccoli

Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds, omega-3 mix, string cheese

I don’t have any. Two things I never wanted to do when I started this journey was take pictures at the gym and count my calories and macros to an exact number.
@Justlearning22 thats fair bro :) but as you understand knowing what you eat and how you train will help you grow and improve
you want to transform so its crucial to know your base and changed
we are only asking as your anabolex family trying to support you

@Justlearning22 you said you didnt want to "count" your macros but we have the foods, lets put them into the app and see, like I'd like to know the size of steak and chicken to get how much protein you doing here
 
you doing any negatives or drop sets?

and 30min cardio is what? before or after training?
I mostly do negative set now. I do 5-10 minutes b4 my workout and then I do the rest when I can. I wake up at 4:20 am and I’m at the gym at 5 when they open and I have to leave at 6 so I can be at work at 6:30. I wish I had the time to do all my cardio before my workout I just don’t.

I mostly do negative set now. I do 5-10 minutes b4 my workout and then I do the rest when I can. I wake up at 4:20 am and I’m at the gym at 5 when they open and I have to leave at 6 so I can be at work at 6:30. I wish I had the time to do all my cardio before my workout I just don’t.
@Justlearning22 ah so you need to speed up your training a bit but this is fine, do you have time for a 2nd session at night?
 
I need to get a scale for my food. I was trying to figure out this app today cause I was taking pictures of my food. I didn’t know if that would show it at the end. It did not so I will start taking pictures on my phone so I can post them for tomorrow.
