Lunch- 2 protein waffles, and four eggs

Dinner- baked chicken, green beans, and a salad

Snack- omega-3 mix, protein cookie

Fruit- mango, pineapple, and strawberry smoothie

Pin- 0.5 test 0.5 primo
Were you able to add the protein bar around 12 with work?
i dont see it but thought you used a cookie instead

@Justlearning22 i see good steak in there daily thats the protein you need to grow

@Justlearning22 Really cool stuff, man. I've had crawfish before. I'm a big fan of seafood and crustaceans in general, but they're very expensive.

@Justlearning22 Bro, you sure like your protein shakes that's good that your diet has a lot of protein. I want to see more than one serving of red meat though. One is not enough.

The protein shake works for me when I’m going to work to keep my energy up and I will eat more red meat this week instead of chicken when I can.
