Not real strict on diet
But at least 220 grams of protein a day. (fish, eggs, chicken, beef)
Fat is whatever is in the protein or vegetables.
all carbs are single source ingredients mostly vegetables - but will def eat fruit.
Training:
My shoulder is still recovering- My biggest issue is making sure I dont over do it. It feels good most of the time - but when I decide I rather move heavy weight - the shoulder gets inflamed (to point where it's almost unusable for a day). I really shouldn't pull the training wheels off until the 6/7 month mark.
sleep: What sleep
I try it just eludes me. If I get 7 hours great. I generally get about 5-6. I even tried DSIP (its a peptide)
I dont know if I should kick up the test to 300 and primo to 150? I also dont know if I need the reta?
