@AKS1234 strong day but with the deadlifts you alright with your rehab doing the lifts?

and hows the food going?
Deadlifts are totally fine. I’m working with a PT to make sure we done aggravate my knee. So far the only thing I can’t seem to do is a bar loaded back squat. Anything in a front loaded squat is totally fine. I experimented with some back rack sand bag squats yesterday and that was totally fine too!

I’ll be posting a good log. The holidays were kind of a mess but managed to keep it all under control. I’ll post photos as well
 
Currently taking:
20mg Cardarine x1/day in A.M.
50mg Andarine - split dose - 25mg in A.M. and 25mg 4-6hours later
25mg Ostarine x1/day

I strap (wrap) or wear a sleeve/s on all my super heavy stuff. Keeps me from fkin my knees and elbows. I still keep an eye on my shoulders too. But not the lighter sets
 
Diet Jan 2-7

Breakfast
1 English muffin
1 Turkey breakfast sausage Patty
4oz egg whites
1 serving kodiak cakes

Lunch (post workout)
220g good culture cottage cheese
7oz cucumber
5oz tomatoes
4 Joseph’s heart healthy pita

Dinner
Homemade turkey lasagna
(1 serving: 41g protein, 11g fat, 45g carb)

Snack
2 servings Honey Nut Cheerios
240ml fair life high protein milk

2240 cal
150g protein
270g carbohydrates
60g fats
All meals prepped in advance for easy grab and go and pretracked in MyFitnessPal
