That's a big old pork loin
Ever heard the phrase “Everything’s bigger in Texas”? Well that holds true for our food as well. The pork loins are about 1.5” thick and maybe a hand and a half surface area. Cook it in the air fryer at 400° for 26 mins. Absolutely perfect, substitute the mash for a nice avocado spread and it is amazing. Though I do miss mashed taters.

Felt great doing the workout over all. This was my first time doing barbell rows so didn’t go super heavy so I can prefect the form.

I've batch in the freezer ready for my cut and I'd have to eat 3 to match yours lol
