I am 59 years old and have been lifting on and off since high school. I'm currently 5'11", weigh 240 lbs, and am about 20% body fat. I have always lifted 100% natural until about seven months ago. It was then that I decided to get my testosterone checked. My total was around 500 and my free was at the low end of the normal range. I have a great doc and was started on 200mg per week of Pfizer Depo Testosterone micro-dosed daily. Within a few months I felt rejuvenated and began to see some amazing gains in the gym. I had restarted lifting about a year ago after a multi year break due to a rotator cuff injury. My current workout regimen follows the Dorian Yates blueprint very closely (exercises, reps, and high intensity) except I do a six day split : Back, Legs except Calves, Chest and Shoulders, Biceps and Forearms, Calves, and Triceps. Every exercise is two ascending warm up sets followed by a final set to absolute failure with a rest pause most of the time. I use very strict form and never deviate just to increase the weight, but my weights have been steadily increasing, especially since I started the testosterone. I don't have a training partner to do forced reps. My diet: First meal 2/3 lb ground beef with cheese and beef liver and beef heart, Second meal after workout is 60 grams whey isolate in 16 oz 2% A2 milk with 5 grams Creatine and two ripe bananas, Third meal is one dozen eggs and a cup of white rice, Fourth meal is another Whey shake with bananas, Fifth meal is either two chicken breasts or 2/3 lb ground beef with one cup white rice and blueberries. Supplements include a daily comprehensive multivitamin, 3 Nordic Naturals EPA/DHA capsules, NAC, magnesium and potassium aspartate, alpha GPC choline, hyaluronic acid, MSM, creatine in my post workout shake, ubiquinol, vitamin D, extra MK-4 and 7, and Outwork Nutrition brand pre workout. I don't eat any grains, nuts, vegetables, or seed oils. I occasionally eat other kinds of fruit and do sometimes eat onions in a recipe. I rarely drink alcohol. I'm usually able to get a solid nine hours of sleep.
 
I should add that my doc said he would prescribe up to 400mg per week of test Cyp with monthly blood tests but he said he can't prescribe Anavar as it might draw attention. Anavar is what I want to add to my test Cyp to start.
 
If it is relevant, the following is where I am on the last set of some of the major exercises. I never attempt max lifts because I don't care and do not want to risk an injury.

Bench: 335
Incline bench: 275
Leg press: 9 45lb plates per side
Hack squat: 3 45's and 1 25 per side
Shoulder press: 225
Barbell curls: 145

I don't do regular barbell squats anymore.

@BerndV good to see you post this log.

Now for the overall plan here.

Training, can you post actual sets and reps and exercises, I never did the Dorian Yates blueprint but I know the man he's a legend.

Your cardio what does that look like?

Your diet, thats the same diet daily? thats not normal.
diet, you are VERY low in omega 3 fats in your diet, have you added any? think fish oil, think walnuts and so on

I would also add cycle organ liver support like n2guard ed 5-7caps to this.

this is max but what are actual sets and reps daily?
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@BerndV thats really high 400mgs testosterone but if you can get it do it. Anavar you can get yourself 50mgs/day add it and log your progress, when you take the injection when you take anavar etc

your doc wants to put you on sports trt. do not run it longer than 12 weeks or so though without backing off the dose
