• Post workout - Protein shake, creating and bannana

Blood Work:

• Recent Blood Work: YES

• High red cell count - High test count

• Sodium level slightly elevated - not enough water

No workout today extreme back soreness due to injury at gym last night.

when you say "OR" OR thats hard to say
like you shouldnt eat pasta no need, cut that, we need to try to go low carb dinner, can you do meat and veggies?

Yeah man my diet is not 100% and I try and do 3 veg and meat at least twice a week, with the pasta I swap it for cauliflower rice
