345am wake up for work
4 o'clock make 3/4eggs and a fruit
5am get to work and have a 40 gram protein shake
2 Packs of peanuts before first break at 8 (24-25 grams of protein)
Break at 8 turkey sandwich 3/4 slices(36-48 grams protein)
Another pack of nuts before break at 10(12 grams protein)
2 packs oatmeal and another fruit at 10 o'clock break
Lunch at 1230 usually a couple chicken thighs and rice and a veggie or fish rice n veggie or a large salad with chicken
Next break at 200
Depends what I had for lunch but usually more chicken with veggie
4 o'clock clock out get home at 5 trail mix on the way home
Fruit before workout and 30 grams protein shake after workout
7 o'clock dinner large portion of everything protein rice and veggie
Protein bar before bed 10 grams
