Need Help ! My order says delivered but didnt receive nothing!!

I got the confirmation from the mail compagnie that the adress of the parcel was mine. So Nordic Fusion is not to blame but the stupid mail compagnie.

the WHOLE point is YOU DONT post this on the forum unless you are not being helped by the source.. this was POINTLESS and it brings negative attention when none was deserved or needed... you cause unnecessary issues especially when its not even something that they did wrong... its called forum etiquette and you are not showing it at all...

I ask help because i never made any transaction of this kind before.
i ask help for 2 thing:
1- how can i make sure the sender send it to the good adress. Cause i could'nt see it in my tracking. (I wanted to make sure whos fault it was. )
2- Second question was ,is it posible i get it 2-3 days after it was says delivered.

You are rigth the source was in contact with me but no document to prove it was send to the good adress. So i need to do my own investigation. Im sorry if i cause some negative attention.

This is something that should always be kept between the source and the customer UNLESS you are not getting responses or help, then of course you go to the forum. The sources all have reps that you can contact directly on the forum as well

I am not trying to beat you down on it but you need to understand, which it seems you do not, that you DO NOT post things like this, regardless of mentioning the name or not, if you are in contact with the source and they are attempting to help... you make a post like this is you are getting no responses from the source and also nothing from reps... you will find you have zero credibility with sources or members by doing what you just did... Beyond that, it makes sources uneasy about being on forums in the first place and you could cost people to potentially losing a source because they leave not wanting to deal with nonsense... So keep that in mind...

Everything is settle!! I got the package in my community mail box today!!! I don't get it why they says they delivered the 13 feb and only got it today.
