Typically with Arimidex most can start out .5mg-1mg a week Typically id split the dose and do 1 dose Monday and 1 dose Friday as for my schedule injections are split up and on those days, bloodwork is the key factor in this, those starting doses are a rough estimate, drawing bloods 6 weeks into the cycle and knowing what the estrogen level is at will determine whether you need less Arimidex or you need to up the dose, based on how low or high estrogen is at.
