Had a random work out today of push/pull..
Just always go outside routine on a weekendsโฆ Still ate well but..
All exercises where .. 3 sets x 12/14 reps
Machine press - push
Machine Rows - pull
Machine flys -push
Close grip pull down - pull
Incline bench press - push
Standing pull throughs - pull
Machine bicep curls - pull
Tricep push down - push
Seated Dumbell curls - pull
Over head rope extension - push
High reps and lift the heart rate..
Also, had a break for the week from the test and mass.. just what I do lol ..
