Old Man Cycle Log - 1st SARMS Cycle - (Sarms4Sale)

SUGGESTION TO MONITOR BLOOD SUGAR
I was, but it became a pain with all the fluctuations. I was and still am not sure how to interpret the readings. I mean, I have a chart and can compare the reading with the normal range depending on what is going on (fasting, meals, etc.), but not sure how to adjust my approach given the readings. If that makes any sense.

I am going to try something. I will fast 14 hours and then hit a small meal an hour before my training session. I usually train mid-day, since I have flexibility with my career to break up the work day.

I will also switch up my overall carb intake to low GI carbs.

Thanks Finn. Both are equally important. I noticed most logs updates seem to disappear before the end of the process/cycle leaving no notes as to the outcome. Once I started this, I committed to finish it. Now that I am into it, I find it supremely helpful and it holds me accountable in some way to our community which I find valuable.

I am in this to the end.
I find the same thing with accountability. And complete logs are super helpful to others that are interested in similar cycles/stacks. Keep it up brother!
 
Day 53

MK677 - 18.75mg
LGD4033 - 10mg
MK2866 - 25mg

Today's Theme: While this is the "healing stack", I do not feel like I am healing. I am hurting, but I will get into that later.

SIDES:

Lethargy
:
From the increased MK677 dosage subsided after about five days.

Blood Pressure:
Stable at a high systolic number of 130, so it remains manageable

Aches & pains:
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck! I am in pain. Everything hurts. I have not been this tight in a long time. I have to own this because I am stretching every other day and I have not done a ton of ART. However, this is not uncommon for me without using PED's so this is definitely PED related. I cannot expect to put on 10lbs of muscle without being tight. Holy hell. I was squatting yesterday and my glutes and right hip were so freaking tight (after an active stretching warm up session) that it threw off my range of motion on my negative to the point I tweaked my back. I was warming up with 225 lbs. I also tweaked my back doing deads last Saturday for a similar reason.

Gains:

I am still strong, but I am so tight my training sessions are 1/2 speed over the last week. I.E. my strength doesn't mean shit if I can't move.

Body weight is stable at 230.

DIET:
Per my last update, I was peeling off some carbs to minimize weight gain and I have done that to a degree. I did not realize how animal-like my appetite was on MK677 until I tried to cut carbs a bit. It's tough. Still working on this.

PLAN:

Many vets mentioned SARMS "kick in" around weeks 5-6, well X marks the spot. Maybe that is why I got wicked tight all of a sudden or maybe it was a slow progression, not sure. Either way, I can't train safely when I am the tight at 48 years old. Therefore, I am going to take the next week to do A.R.T. followed by deep stretching and activation exercise only followed by cardio.

I have to get loose or I fear I may do some damage.

you have to be in pain to grow so keep the weights high and slow reps

5-6 week kick in time for sarms is legit it happened to me everytime so its good
 
recovery takes more time as you go deep
push harder and harder dont stop
