Orals causing acid at night

so I have to get out ever since I started using oral steroids I've had this issue while I'm sleeping of acid reflux being coughed up and my heartburn coming back. I tried changing when I take the orals but that doesn't really change. What do you recommend for someone in my situation besides taking an acid medication

try propping up your bedframe 2-6 inches so you sleep at an angle

you should be drinking more water and dont take orals at least 4-5 hours before bed.

Make sure you take your dose 6-7 hours before bed, drink water and add some baking soda before bed

I would drop the orals. If they are hindering your sleep they are hindering your recovery and growth.
