You told me my lower lats needed some work so it lit a fire under me to really focus on them. I can admit for the longest I mainly hit upper and middle back because I was so focused on looking wider
Forgot to add in that I ran 2.5 miles post workout. I’ll be honest I stopped to catch my breath after both of the hills but all in all it felt great! I weighed in at 212lbs this morning so I’m thinking that could be why I was able to breeze through the run. Since I’m not carrying around 220ish pounds the jogs are less hateful
