Starting new log on Monday, starting cycle Monday. Taking Friday, sat,sunday off of training to be nice and fresh at start of cycle. Tuesday was chest and arm day. All training done to failure every set. Except on leg day. Have to bail out a rep shy of failure due to old lower back injury. My bench sucks cause my long arms

4 sets incline bench at 160 lb
5 sets of weighted dips
5 sets overhead tricep extension
5 sets tricep pushdown
5 sets lying dumbbell curl 25 lb
4 sets preacher curl 30 lb
5 sets ez bar curl 70 lb
