I’m a 23-year-old standing at 6’1 and weighing 220 lbs with a body fat percentage of 16% my job isn’t too demanding so I can focus on my fitness journey I’ve been working out for six years I train five times a week incorporate regular cardio sessions and maintain a strict diet staying consistent with everything I do I’ve been considering starting a testosterone-only cycle at 500 mg per week split into two 250 mg injections for 12 weeks while keeping on-cycle support in check with Arimidex at 0.5 mg every other day to manage estrogen levels my post-cycle therapy would start two weeks after my last injection running Clomid at 50 mg daily and Nolvadex at 20 mg daily for four weeks to make sure everything bounces back properly I also stay on top of my supplementation with a daily multivitamin omega-3 fish oil at 2,000 mg creatine monohydrate at 5 grams and whey protein as needed to meet my protein goals I’d love to hear from those who’ve run similar cycles any advice insights or things I should watch out for
