interested in using rad140 solo for 16 weeks for gains. Want to put on 4-5kg. What would you recommend for this purpose for doses? Should I go 5mgs? Or should I push more to 30mgs?

If you want to run a bulking and/or recomp protocol, then you can go with a RAD-140 / LGD-4033 stack. RAD-140 will help with both strength and size gains while LGD-4033 helps with lean muscle mass gains.

In terms of a cycle, you can run an 8 week cycle with RAD‑140: 10 mg/day and LGD‑4033: 5 mg/day. Note that liver support is important and PCT is aldo essential with SERMs like Nolvadex and Clomid.

16 weeks on RAD is a good one. 20 mg a day would work perfectly.

Add some GW to this. GW is a good addition in any SARM cycle. It will make you get better results and train harder.

I'm a huge fan of Rad. 10 to 20 mg a day is perfect. You can go 12 weeks. You don't have to go 16 weeks.
