0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water

1130 - 6oz grilled pork chop, 3 eggs and 1/2c shredded cheese. 1c cottage cheese. 1 banana and 1 peach

1330 - 4oz grilled chicken w 2c mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin.

1430 - 1c cottage cheese, 1 peach, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple

2000 - naan bread pizza with homemade pesto, grilled chicken and shredded mozzarella. 2c arugula salad with fresh mozzarella, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes dressed with olive oil, lemon juice and grated parmesan. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

I'm starting to wonder if I should be reducing calories and narrow my eating window? Maintenance calories are between 3100 and 3200 so I try to keep it between 2500 and 3000 as I'm trying to maintain strength and size while lose a little bit of body fat and weight over a long period of time. I started at 238 in January, down to 218 as of a few weeks ago and would love to get down to 200 +/- 5 pounds by years end.

I feel the need to get something in my stomach before leaving for the day because of the supplements and dinner is always typically 12 to 14 hours later because of our work and training schedules to include the kids schedules too. How about you other guys with kids and families, how do you balance this? Do you eat in a time restricted window or focus more on calorie and macro count or both?

I've been making minor adjustments and it has been working really well so I want to keep it slow and steady not changing too much too fast. We will start running in September once the weather changes as my little guy has an interest in some 5ks so we will train together and this will help too.

I'm finding it really difficult to nail a 6 hour window bc of schedules with training, kids and work but keeping macros and calories tight. The plan was to run as outlined the last few days and see what kind of progress is made over this cycle.

I know you always stress the importance of fasting and heard this weeks EVO 560 show but this window is not attainable for me right now. I am eating much lighter in the early am though, just consuming a descent shake for early am supps absorption and digestion. Thoughts on this method?

@Simon you dont need to stick to 18/6 I do 16/8 easty, 8 hours feeding windown, try 8 hours you good with it simon.

i would eat some fruit instead of a shake. always gonna push you to go more natural
