Day 6 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water

1230 - 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic and 1/2 avocado. 2 slices homemade pepperoni pizza.

1500 - 2 peaches, 1 apple, 1c cottage cheese.

1830 - 1c bone broth

1900 - 20 shrimp with peppers and onions over 2c quinoa with jalapenos, dices tomatos, black beans and corn. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Rest day, did not make jiu-jitsu tonight. Wanted a good night's sleep for Friday's weights session.

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

I have been experimenting with trying to eat in an 8 hour window a few days a week with the exception of my shake at 0530. Some days are really tough to stick it out due to training from the day before. I am seeing how this would be beneficial though not only from an aesthetic point but digestive health as well. Hoping to string a few days together maybe 5 here in the future.

1530 - 2 peaches, 1 apple

1930 - 10oz fresh tuna, 1.5c jasmine rice. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

1200 - 2c chicken, brussel sprouts, bacon and feta bake.

1400 - 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic and 1/2 avocado.

2000 - 2-8oz bacon cheddar burgers from butcher over lettuce and tomato. 1 avocado. 1c baked sweet potato fries. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Back was really sore today. Squats were tough and didn't want to make it worse.

1900 - 2c vanilla soft serve w 1c diced mango and 1c diced pineapple. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
45 minute bike ride. Zone 2

SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
