Day 25 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0800 - 1 scoop protein powder w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.

1000 - 1 banana, 1c blueberries, 1 tsp honey, 1 scoop protein blended with water.

1300 - roast beef slamon and cheddar on rye. Assorted peppers, cured meats and cheeses.

1900 - 8oz tri tip, 1.5c jasmine rice, 1c green beans, 1c carrots.

2000 - microwave popcorn and hot tamales candies

TRAINING:
Warm up with Band pull aparts across chest and overhead 2x 20

I ran a circuit of the following first thing this am of 4x15 each
Bodyweight squats
Ab Wheel
Push-ups
Band Upright rows

Swim in ocean, skim boarding, body boarding, body surfing

SLEEP: 2200 - 0600 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g

You guys are too kind with your comments. I should add i have slowly killed 1 box of salt water taffy over the last few days. Im done with the candy. Probably do some more ice cream though. Planning on a solid bike ride Friday am!

TRAINING:
Rest day, jet skiing

SLEEP: 2130 - 0530 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

1400 - roast beef, salami, turkey, ham and cheddar on rye. Assorted peppers, cured meats and cheeses.

1800 - 1 burger, 1 hot dog, 1c sweet potatoe fries

TRAINING:
Warm up with 3x20 of ban pull aparts across chest, overhear and Upright rows.

Then a circuit of 3x10 body weight squats, ab rolls, Push-ups and 1 arm rows with a band.

Body boarding in ocean today too. Surf was rough today, 4 to 5ft waves.

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

Always the best logs. Always nice to chill out on the beach especially with this hot weather today.
One of our college sports game I think it was softball got cancelled cause it was like 100 that day. It is cooking here in the us.
 
I have noticed a huge difference in riding my bike without the anavar. Especially in the muscles around my knees. Back and legs felt noticably better too, less pumps all around. Cardio on anavar is miserable. Posting a picture my wife got of me coming out of the ocean earlier this week.
