Approved Log Simon Log 2.0 - Anavar, TestE, EQ & Primo

I have noticed a huge difference in riding my bike without the anavar. Especially in the muscles around my knees. Back and legs felt noticably better too, less pumps all around. Cardio on anavar is miserable. Posting a picture my wife got of me coming out of the ocean earlier this week.

TRAINING:
fasted bike ride. 40.76 miles, 2 hours, 36 minutes.
Zone 2 - 2hours 8 minutes
Zone 3 - 10 minutes

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

I would say no oral is for long cardio . Although it boosts cardio lol the pumps are just too crazy but it makes your muscles hard af.
 
MetRx Big 100 Peanutbutter Pretzel, they're big boy snacks. I cannot up load the screen shot and I am not typing out the ingredients or nutrition facts. They work in a pinch when tied up at work or behing the wheel traveling.

@Simon NEVER buy any protein bars with soy protein, only get milk, whey protein, try to search for a protein bar that uses milk protein or whey protein, never soy protein, it's estrogenic

Ok, as of this post, vacation is officially over. I am now starting to eat in a time restricted window and cleaning up the diet. I got the point, no more metrx bars, got it. Thank you guys for continuing to be supportive and get me straight.

I vever did get an answer from anyone as to what a "hard cut" really is. Any guidance on that would be appreciated.
