1600 - 1 homemade oatmeal protein bar

1730 - 3 shrimp fajita tacos, (made at home) 4oz cojita cheese, 15 shrimp, 3-4" tortillas, 1.5c quinoa with tomatoes and corn, 1 avocado

1930 - 1 scoop protein w 2tsp psyllium husk fiber w 10oz water

@Simon yes but sometimes junk food is alright just try to keep it clean most of the time
 
Could do with more sleep
@Mobster Oh man I miss my solid sleep. Right now the sleep is a challenge bc of my daughters volleyball. She is a senior this year and plays until 8 or 9pm and I get up about 430am. By the time we get home and eat and showers it makes for a short sleep. Thankfully it is only temporary and we should get back to norm by early November.
 
I really don't like waiting until after noon to eat but I love the results from fasting. I ate whatever and whenever and how much ever for the longest time before April!!!

Do you guys have any suggestions for getting past the start of the day until your first meal? What makes the fasting time easier? Also, do you fast 7 days straight or have any down days where you don't stick to a schedule or timing?

DIET:
1230 - 6oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens with cucumbers, tomato, bell peppers, jalapenos, 1 avocado and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic.

1300 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c peaches and 1 banana

1630 - 6 oz roasted chicken thigh meat, 1 sweet potato

1830 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 4 clementine oranges, 1 apple

2030 - 5oz shredded chicken, 1/2c shredded cheese, 4-4” tortillas, jalapenos shredded lettuce and 1c quinoa. 1 scoop protein w 2 tsp psyllium husk powder and 10oz water.

TRAINING:
0400 Fasted Run - 60 second run/60 second walk. Repeat x 10

SLEEP: 2200 - 0400 approx 6 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

Thank you brothers for all the continued encouragement. I had such a craving last night for some fat kid snacks. All I could thing about was the cheese steak sandwiches we used to get from this sandwich shop and when I got home from jiu-jitsu there we like 30 toll house chocolate chip cookies on the counter fresh baked for my daughters game tonight. So, I settled for a little bit of my son's velveeta shells and cheese macaroni and cheese. Thankfully it was not as good as I was anticipating. But, man, I'm really wanting a fat kid cheat day! I think its psychological!

Also, we were on a zoom call with a college coach last night until almost 10pm so sleep is down again and up at 0400 for fasted cardio. They're 3 hours behind us but the coach sounds promising, worth the temporary sleep depravation. Fingers crossed for my girl! She's a beast!!!!!

Jiu Jitsu 60 minutes

1200 - 1/4 rack of st.louis ribs, 2c collard greens and bacon pieces.

1230 - 5oz shredded chicken with salsa and black beans and 1/2c shredded cheese.

1730 - 1c cottage cheese w 1c sliced peaches. 6oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens with cucumbers, tomato, bell peppers, jalapenos, 1 avocado and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic.

1830 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 clementines

2000 - 1 of those chocolate chip cookies that were calling my name. 1 scoop protein w 2 tsp psyllium husk powder and 10oz water.


TRAINING:
0400 Fasted run - 2 miles. 2min run/4min walk, repeat x 6

SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
