Diet, Training and Updates
Tues 09.26.23

DIET:
1230 - 1c cottage cheese w 1c sliced peaches

1300 - 5oz grilled chicken salad w mushrooms, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and 1 avocado dressed w balsamic and olive oil.

1530 - 1 banana, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple

1700 - 1scoop protein w 2tbs psyllium husk powder and 10oz water

2030 - 3 slow cooked chuck roast tacos, peppers, avocado, white onion, cotija cheese.

TRAINING:
0400 fasted cardio. 3min run/3 min walk x 4

SLEEP: 2130 - 0400 approx 6.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g
Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)
8 caps N2G, NAC 2.3g, Milk Thistle 3g, Tudca 1.2g, Beet Root 2g, L-Arginine 1g
Probiotics 50 Billion CFU 20 Strains
Taurine 2g
GEAR: Test E 200mg, EQ 200mg, Primo 200mg
 
I would wait until you finish off this blast and back on TRT before deciding on next cycle. You may have a different idea before January on next steps so I would hate for you to use up your credits and then change course. Obviously it depends on when they expire but either of your options sound really good to me!

@Masonic Bodybuilder they expire in October. I was thinking 2-10ml bottles of TrenA 100mg and dosing 50mg eod to start and with my trt dose, maybe bump to 200mg Test Cyp but not until next year. Ill probably just do that and have it on hand and use it to cut after the anadrol bulk, lol!!!! Next summer be even leaner!

6.5 hours of sleep enough?
@RealQuadzilla40 my sweet spot for sleep is 7.5 to 8 hours but the kids sports events and jiujitsu keep us put till at least 2030, then we need to shower and sometimes eat. I get up at 0400 for work too. Its only through October then we will even out. Its temporary, we make it work. Spartan mentality Bro!

1300 - 5 oz slow cooked chuck roast taco meat left overs, (no tortillas) peppers, avocado, white onion, cotija cheese.

1800 - 2 hotdogs at sons baseball game

2000 - 8oz grilled salmon, 1.5c jasmine rice, 1.5c green beans. 1scoop protein w 2tbs psyllium husk powder and 10oz water. 1 slice homemade banana bread

TRAINING:
Rest day
