Sun 04.23.23 Day 22 Anavar/Test

I write this opening paragraph on a Monday morning and am feeling well rested after taking a solid rest day to end a busy weekend. Additionally, you are all very encouraging and I cannot express my gratitude enough. You guys, (and gals if they're here) have been very helpful and you holding me accountable has been instrumental in keeping me on track, so I thank you.

Today was a much needed rest and relaxation day. We were at a concert and did not get home till late Saturday night. Sunday, (logged below) we visited some extended family early morning and spent the day at a baseball game drinking a lot of water and soaking up a lot of sun. It was a light day on food intake but I did not ever feel hungry.

DIET:
0700 - 25mg anavar, 3 caps N2G, 24oz water. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, 1 probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber

0800 - 3 breakfast burritos consist of 4 eggs, 6 pieces of bacon, 3 - 10" flour tortillas

1230 - 2 caps N2G, 1 footlong baseball stadium hotdog, 1 MetRx big 100 protein bar, 1 bag roasted peanuts in the shell

1800 - 25mg anavar, 14oz yellowfin tuna, 1.5c jasmine rice, 1c zucchini

2030 - 2 caps N2G, 1 probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber


TRAINING:
Took a rest day for recovery - went to a baseball game and worked on my tan!

SLEEP: 2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
@Simon I notice you're increasing protein. I like it. Try to add more eggs less tortillas. Like 8am maybe switch to almond tortillas, gluten free options so you can have a better digestive day.

Mon 04.24.23 Day 23 Anavar/Test

I was looking back through training logs and have determined I am long overdue on a rest/deload week. That coupled with how my body and last two strength training sessions went, a rest week is due. We are already missing jiu-jitsu this evening due to an event and will return on Thursday. I will resume strength training on Friday. Wanted to give you all a heads up when you see there's no training logged. My last real rest was Christmas break.

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, 3 caps N2G, 24oz water. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber.

0530 - 1/2c dry oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, 1c mixed berries

0830 - 1 breakfast burrito, (1 egg, 2 pieces of bacon, shredded cheese, 1 - 10" flour tortilla), 1c cottage cheese, 1 c mixed berries and 1 banana

1200 - 2 caps N2G, mixed dreens salad, 10 oz chicken, 1/2 avacado, olive oil and balsamic

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder.

1600 - 25mg anavar, 100mg test cyp

1830 - Approx 10oz lean ground beef, 10 roasted brussel sprouts, 4 roasted small red potatoes

2000 - 2 caps N2G

SLEEP: 2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours
WATER: approx 3/4g
@Simon any updates? waiting on the strong updates
I posted in week 2 that my estimated 1RMs were up 30 pounds on bench and squat best on calculating my weight and reps.

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, 3 caps N2G, 24oz water. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber, fish oil

0530 - 1.5c blueberries, 2/3c granola, 1c greek vanilla yogurt

0900 - 1c cottage cheese, 1 c mixed berries and 1 banana

1200 - 2 caps N2G, mixed greens salad, 10 oz chicken, 1/2 avacado, olive oil and balsamic. 8 oz pork tenderloin, 1 small sweet potatoe

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 small tangerines, 1 apple

1600 - 25mg anavar

1830 - roasted stuffed bell pepper. Stuffed with ground beef and Jasmine rice. Approx 6oz ground beef, 1/2c rice

2000 - 2 caps N2G, 1 probiotic, fish oil

TRAINING: 0

SLEEP: 2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours
WATER: approx 3/4g

Also how about changing the tangerine to a banana?

On the anavar and n2guard, I suggest taking anavar and n2guard about 30min apart to increase absorption of both. And at 5:30 can you do 2 cups of yogurt?

I'm taking flameout by biotest as my fish oil. I did my research on it, seems pretty legit.
