Hot Damn it feels good to get back in the iron cave after a 6 day break from lifting. This is the first time I've ever come back after a break and been stronger than when I left! My deadlift 1rm went up, overhead press stayed the same but felt really good, a lil easier. And I now see what is meant by the pump associated with anavar! My shoulders felt like they were going to burst. Regardless, back in the groove, feeling well rested and strong. Sarms are on the way too!
DIET:
0530 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 24oz water. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber
0715 - 3 caps N2G, MetRx big 100 bar, 1 banana.
1100 - 1/2c dry oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, 1c mixed berries
1200 - 1300 TRAINING
1330 - 1c jasmine rice, 1c ground beef, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 avacado, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, 2 caps N2G
1700 - 25mg anavar, fish oil
1830 - 16oz ribeye, 20 pieces asparagus, 1 small sweet potatoe. 3 small squares of Cadbury milk chocolate fruit and nut bar.
2030 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop Protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium fiber
