Had jiu-jitsu rank promotion last night for myself and my son too! Made for getting home, eating and to bed later than we usually do resulting in only 6 hours of sleep. We were both pretty wound up after 2 hours of drilling, sparring and getting promoted, on that endorphin high. Very grateful today is a planned rest day!

Started adding MK-2866 & SR-9009 as noted below.

Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
Tues 05.02.23 Day 31 Anavar/Test
Day 1 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil

0530 - 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0545 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water 1 tsp psyllium husk. 1 scoop protein, 1/2c oats, 1c mixed berries

0900 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed blueberries and peaches, 1 breakfast sandwich, (2 eggs, 2 slice bacon, 1 slice cheese, 1 english muffin)

1130 - 10mg SR-9009, Mixed green salad, 6oz chicken. ½ avacado, olive oil and balsamic

1230 - 2 caps N2G

1430 - 8oz ribeye, 20 pieces asparagus, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 2 clementines

1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1800-2000 training jiu-jitsu

2030 - 1 breaded and baked chicken breast, (approx 10oz) 1c blanched carrots, 1/2c roasted purple potatoes. 2 caps N2G

TRAINING: jiu-jitsu 120 minutes

SLEEP: 2230 - 0430 approx 6 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

Between a 3 hour am meeting and a pm dental appointment, kinda threw my routine off. Adapt and overcome, right? Done and done!

Slept really good last night, was much needed after Tuesday's training and getting my ass beat by much higher ranks for an hour. We are a mentally ill bunch to get such a kick out of putting our bodies through the physical stressors we do, but man its awesome! Like a bunch of fricken spartans or something!

Thoughts on daily doubling electrolytes above? I wake each day feeling very dry and parched, thirsty? Is it just from the added protein in my diet? Input please.

@Simon you don't need to increase electrolytes you have enough in food and the high protein requires water intake. I think you're good where you're at now.
 
The improvements are great no matter how small a change is a change love seeing it ! Keep pushing 💪
