Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
Thur 05.05.23 Day 34 Anavar/Test
Day 4 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0515 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0545 -1 scoop protein w 10oz water 1 tsp psyllium husk. 1/2c dry oatmeal mixed with 1c blueberries and 1 scoop protein and 10oz water, 3 caps N2G

0830 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed blueberries and peaches

1130 - 10mg SR-9009, Mixed green salad, 6oz chicken. ½ avocado, olive oil and balsamic, 8oz chicken breast breaded and baked, 1/2c blanched carrots, 1/2c roasted purple potatoes. 2 caps N2G

1500 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 2 clementines

1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1730 - 1900 training jiujitsu 90min

1930 - 12 sauteed shrimp, 1c jasmine rice, 1c wilted spinach, 1 diced avocado. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk powder. 2 caps N2G

TRAINING: Jiu-Jitsu 90min

SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

Feeling good, feeling strong! A little sore from training on the mat this week, left knee a little off and lower right back has what feels like just a sore muscle. Just another day in the life of kicking the tired ass of mediocrity!

I am going to get after it Friday for Bench and Squat PRs!!!! Knee sleeves came in yesterday and we have a scheduled meeting in the iron cave with 90% training maxes for rep PRs!

On a side note, we all lift. Some of us are "crazy motherf#$kers" as I hear Mobster put it and some of us are super mellow on our dates with the iron but what are some of your "go to tracks" when hitting big PRs, heavy lifts, or stepping on the platform? What are some of your favorite songs to get "in the zone"?

When you want to hit it hard, what do you go to, music wise that is?

No bench and squat prs today! I jumped my training schedule a day and still have deads and overhead presses. The plus side is, I will have 2 days to rest up before squats and bench on Monday. Always got to find the silver lining, besides deads are better on Fridays anyway!

1930 - 12 grilled chicken wings, 6 brown mushrooms stuffed with jalepeno cheddar sausage,(from my butcher) 1 ear corn on cob, 1 medium sweet potato.

2000 - 2 caps N2G

2030 - 2 scoops Baskin Robin's jamocha almond fudge on a cake cone, (ice cream with wife and kids)

@Simon I like to listen to some hardcore rock to get the music to boil the energy.

You can try rap too if you want but I like the guitar to jam hard.

I love tool, older Metallica and some rage against the machine.

I do find room for some Rick Ross and Meek Mill from time to time too.
 
I prefer to listen to calm music actually
