Approved Log Simon TRT Log

I've tried increasing protein and I get stopped up, even with enzymes and probiotics, anything exceeding 125g of protein doesn't do well with me. Do you have any suggestions?
@Simon are you drinking psyllium husk fiber 2-3 times per day? and what probiotics you using?
 
if you post up your diet every day exactly what you eat for 2 weeks it would be easier Im thinking you eating something else
 
you regiment for digestive aids is not right I bet.
 
I will start posting actual daily diets next week.I am on spring break vacation with my kids this week and I am not eating like I should. I would be embarrassed to tell you guys that I had ballpark hot dogs and chili cheese fries from a baseball game last night.

You can always just stick with 125g of protein per day. You don't need as much as people think.
I have always reacted well to 1g protein per kg body weight and I'm 232 pounds. I have also always eaten it and the last week have been consuming 2 shakes per day in addition to regular food. I will be posting diets, training and such starting tomorrow now that spring break vacation is over. Thanks for the input.
