UPDATE TO LOG
It has been about 5 months. TRT is going well, blood work is steady.
Running 5/3/1 powerlifing program 2 days a week with 1 day a week waekness/accessory day making steady gains. I'm also doing jiu-jitsu twice a week as another form of exercise and walking approximately 4 to 5 miles a day at work. I have increased my water intake to just shy of 1 gallon a day, 112oz plus or minus and also increased sleep to 7 to 8 hours. Body weight has stayed between 229 and 236 since Oct 22.
Lifts are as follows; first number was Oct 22/second number March 23
Deadlift 390/430
Squat 320/360
Bench 305/315
Standing OHP 185/195
I have recently ordered anadrol and am considering adding either a low dose or a true cycle stacked with the test @ 200mg/week. I started a separate thread with this.
I also have the kids in travel clubs to be ending soon for the summer so I am getting ready to ramp my weight back to 4 days a week of 5/3/1 allowing me to spend more time on progessing each lifts accessory work! Time to get Jacked and Tan Bros!
