My current workout schedule is mostly pushing, pulling and legs. But recovery time is my only question mark
I have been doing a good job of tracking my workouts each time but I'm finding that when I am doing back-to-back days I'm not fully recovered
so that next day workout I am slogging through it if that makes sense
how would you play this type of split when it comes to rest days? do you think it has more to do with the volume I'm doing?
