What's up brothers! I know it has been awhile, so let me update you guys.
In early July, I ran out of anavar, and unfortunately my package ended up being delayed for a little longer than expected. Due to not having any var on hand I decided to temporarily stop posting on my log. I ended up receiving my original order July 30th , plus a ton of extra var and test due to the package being delayed. During the month of July I trained only from home, due to covid spikes in my area. Since August 1st I have been back in the gym. Still been training harder than ever 6 times a week, 15-30 min of daily cardio, and maintaining a strict meal plan 90% of the time lol.
Running 175mg of test weekly and 50 mg of var daily.
Gonna really dial in with my nutrition and up cardio slightly over the next few weeks and see where I can take my physique. I will try my best to keep you guys updated along my journey. Here are some progress pictures, and some sweet ass #gearporn
