Yall sorry guys for not updating you guys. And sorry if I had you guys worried but I had do deal with some legal stuff after I got into a car accident with another driver that was under the influence. Luckily I didn't get any major injuries and just had some minor whiplash and a concussion also.
I didn't work out the week after that but this week I was hitting alot of prs including a huge deadlift since I never had pr for my deadlifts much. Bench was disappointing never went up but I retested my squat pr to try and go below parrallel.
Car is a little bit wrecked but I was with my brother who was the driver and he got the most serious injuries but here's my log that is as gonna post prior to everything.
