saltine crackers and rice cakes can you replace that with oatmeal?
I was having some tuna salad so that's also why their was a bunch of Mayonnaise. Rice cakes are one of my sources of complex carbs ,but I'll add oatmeal once my rice cake supply is gone.
 
Day 4 4/18/2023

Feel pain all over my body
Am considering taking some tylenol but I heard it's also hepatoxic so I might not.







Hit the gym at 6:20
(Preparing my self for the cardio, pumps are gonna br insane since this is just really intense aerobic endurance)
Was thinking about doing hypertrophy with weights but kinda felt like just doing a bunch of cardio.

I also feel like I'm a bit more hot. I have more night sweats and sweat alot more.



Treadmill 3 mile warmup
10 minute(5mph)
7.5 minute ( 9 mph)
2.5 minute ( 10 mph)
Holy shit

Wrestling stance in motion and shadow wrestling 15 minutes and 1 minute break and 15 minutes to finish.
Aerodyne bike 3x1 all out for 45 seconds each
Alternating seated Rows
Pop up broad jumps 3x 30 seconds
Bulgarian squats 50 in each hand 3x 8
Alternating split squats 25 in each hand 3x8
Weighted step ups 45 pound weight plus bw 3x12
Clapping pushups 3x12
Russian twists with medicine ball slow and controlled for 2 minutes
Planks 3x1 failure

Alternating rope waves 30 seconds for 3 sets

Thank God I have No practice today I think the taurine helped a bit with pumps.

Couldn't get a breakfast in early since I was trying to fit my scedule a bit early today since I need to study for tests. Decided to eat during class luckily my professor was chill. Just packed stuff that did not require cooking

Breakfast: 1 cup of greek yogurt =120 calories (9c)(22p)
With 25 grams of crushed almonds = 142 calories (5.8 c)(5 p)( 13 f).



Definitly look more vascular then normal . My chest has more veins popping out.

Snack
Beef jerky 2.5 oz = 200 calories (18c)(28)(3f)
Protein shake
2 hard boiled eggs = 156 calories (1c)(13p)(11f) ( these shit smelled so bad )





Lunch
Chicken 250g = 243 calories (60p)(2f)
Roasted Potatoes = Roasted potatoes 1 cup = 202 calories ( 36c)(4p)(5f)
Broccoli. = 75g of steamed Broccoli (5c)(2p)






Practice:
Not as bad as it was days ago, made sure to eat a spoon of mustard and got some taurine in. Though my teammate hit a double leg from hell on me, And that messed me up pretty bad.


Dinner : 615: made some
Made some chilli
Red kidney bans 1.5 cup = 300 calories (63c)(21c)
Ground Beef 90% lean 12 oz =around 600 calories (69p)(33f)
Tomato soup 1 cup = 180 calories (40f)(4p)
Olive oil 1 tbsp = 120 calories (14f)
Yellow bell pepper 2 = 100 calories(24c)(4p)(1f)
6 whole ortega Green Chile's = 60 calories (6c)






7:30 Went to doing a 10k at a moderate pace.


Calories:2715 calories miscalculated and Went a little bit above my intake.
Total macros
222 g carbs, 263g protein, 90g f
Concluding thoughts: not sure if my libido is high cause I am already constantly horny before the cycle lol.

@fart13 the diet isnt too bad you're keeping it steady.

Add some fish oil 2-3tbsp daily for the omega 3 you need it.

And being horny is normal bro.
 
stomach issues are bad
probiotics and psyllium husk needed dialy with digestive enzymes
