Approved Log Testosterone and anavar cycle log

Day 7


4/21/2023 friday

Woke up at usual time of 6:30
Did a jog for 15 minutes




Decided to go a little heavier just a tad bit than usual.

Gym : 6:55

Snatch 135
6x3 (definitely think I can pr by the feel of it)
Bench press(compound) 3x6 165 These felt way too fast.

Shoulder press with 50 dumbells (unilateral )(stability)(vertical push) 3x6
Cable flys (acessory) 3x12
Hyper extension(stability) 3x 12
Barbell rows( horizontal pull) 140 3x6

Breakfast @ 8:05
Almonds 25 g
Cheddar cheese 1 stick
Beef jerky 2.5 oz
Oats 50 g
=630 calories (58 carbs,45g protein,27g)



Lunch

3 large Hard boiled egg
Shrimp 8 oz
Grilled tillipia 200g
Rice 150g
= 920 calories (117g carbs,130g protein,27g protein)




Last practice for the week:
Just a bunch of cardio and drills
Alot of live wrestling though which I hate because of the pumps.

Snack:
12 oz ml of milk(177 calories) (10g c )( 20g p)(6g f)
Protein powder 24 ( 130 calories) (5g c)(24g p)(2g f)
(Protein shake)




Dinner (7:30): sirloin steak 12oz
1 cup Roasted potatoes
= 36g carbs, 64 g protein,27g fat

Went to get some groceries
Got some fish tablets
And some walnuts
More fatty foods like whole milk.
Bought some creatine too since I heard it increase bio of anavar
Got some preworkout
Rip my wallet




Total calories today:2710 ish
225 g carbs,283g protein,110g fat

2nd pin of the cycle 9:50
Was really scared and pinned on delt
Their was an small air bubble but no matter how much I tapped or tried to inject back in the vial it wouldn't go away.
Some blood poured out but it wasn't like a jet stream or anything And it lasted for like 5 seconds. Muscle twitched a little at first . Definitly did not inject in the right spot as apposed to when I first injected a week ago which went smoothly.

Oh boy.... Tomorrow is gonna hurt
 
Day 8

Just a light endurance day gonna mostly jogging and calistechnics.

Shoulder hurts a bit not too much though

Breakfast:
fish capsules
Oats 100 g with 1 bannana
1 cheddar Cheese stick
Walnuts 0.25 cup
=765 calories(93g carbs,24g protein,34g fat)
No morning workout and no practice today


Lunch:
Avocado 100g
1.5 cups chickpeas
8 oz chickenfi thighs
= 757g calories (52g carbs,61g protein,37 g fat)



Afternoon workout :
Rope climbs 4x1 forearms hurt like a bitch
Step ups with 45 pound weight 3x30 secs all out
Burpees 4x20
Handstand walk 2 x as much as I can go.

Ended with jog and sprint at track field.
40 minute jog
5 minute sprint
Pretty light today

Snack:
(Whole milk 12 oz
Whey protein 1 scoop)
Protein shake= 359 calories(14g carbs,44g protein,14g fat)

Dinner: 8:30
Grilled 2 salmon fillets
100g rice
3 hard boiled eggs
=844 calories (78g carbs,82g protein,45g fat)

Total calories = 2725 calories
237g carbs,211g protein,130g fat

Concluding thoughts for week: I think the anavar had tad bit strength gains already but it's like miniscule. Can see the aesthetics effects though. More vascularity
My quad and chest veins coming back and are more prominent.

Watching tank vs ryan rn lol before. I sleep
 
Anyone know how long it will usually take to feel anavar? Is it sudden or very gradual over time?

Skinless chicken thigh 8 oz

Roasted potatoes 0.5 cups
Broccoli 75 g
= 599 calories (101g carbs,56g protein,22g fat)

Snack :
(Whole milk 12 oz
Whey protein 1 scoop)
Protein shake= 359 calories(14g carbs,44g protein,14g fat)



Dinner : 6:30 pm
125g Rice
100g Broccoli
Chicken breast 8oz
Avocado 100g
= 738 calories (112 carbs, 82g protein,28g fat)



9:30pm decided to get small meal in
2 whole grain toast
2 poached eggs
= 336 calories(33g carbs,21g protein,13g fat)


Total calories = 2676 calories
macros

260g protein,236g protein,12og fat



Concluding thoughts: feel great rn mentally and physically. Gonna maybe try pr next week.
