Thanks for all the encouragement guys! 4th shot is today. Caber came yesterday and I'm going to dose it very small, I cut .5mg into thirds and will dose just once a week unless I feel prolactin sides coming on. Can't wait for proviron!

45's 3x8 / 110 3x12
Spider Curls superset with tricep extension
27.5's 3x12 / 45's 3x10
Strict Curls superset with tricep pushdown
25's burnout (20ish) / Stack +35 4 sets
Single Arm tricep Extensions 30 3x12
Concentration Curls 25's 3x10

Diet was same as always but I need to find something that's quick and easy to eat right before the gym because my second meal of chicken with rice & broccoli is around 2 and I don't get to the gym until 4:30. I'm thinking of a protein bar. I'm hungry all the time lol. 400mg of test blend pinned with 100mg npp. I'm doing every 4 days for test, the dose is a little higher but blast means blast.

I haven't heard of cardazol I will have to research it! Cardio was light today, calves and hammies are sore so just 10 minutes on the stairmaster @10 speed, about 700 steps. Tomorrow I'll do more for sure. Rests in-between sets were roughly 90 seconds so it was a pretty intense workout. Appreciate the kind words bro!

Will it effect my mass? I don't want strength to be hindered. Once I get 4 plates on bench I'll go into a Caloric deficit.

no mass issue, it will help training volume and stim you up for higher weights and stronger pushing in the gym @n8cantrell
I follow your log closely this will help you for sure, cardazol is key to getting to next level in your case and 1 bottle will last you 3-4 months, good deal
 
Cardio I've been doing 4 times a week, it's difficult to work 12 hours and then prep food/eat dinner/shower after training. Today was my little brothers birthday so I rested completely, which I needed. Tomorrow is arms! Thanks for the input bro.
