Strict Curls 25 superset with Overhead Extensions 50 3x12
Strict Curls dropset 45x8 - 25x8 two sets
Spider Curls 25 superset with tricep kickbacks 25 3x15
Tricep pushdown v-bar stack plus 25 3x8 superset with alternating Curls 20 3x15/8 hammer Curls at end
Cable tricep extension 20 3x10 superset with behind the back cable Curls 20 3x10
Curl machine 30 one arm 3x8 +3 negatives

Pump was insane today. I was at least 2 inches away from touching my shoulders. The proviron has helped me push during the last few reps and get more. Gym crush might be noticing! We locked eyes a couple times today. Maybe at the end of this bulk I'll talk to her lol.

She's intimidating, prettiest girl I've ever seen and probably pretty close to my age. Just need to grow a pair.. they're small rn😂😂 not cut up in the slightest but I'm getting more mass from the npp!

Wanted 450 today, got 455. I think I'm done maxing for a couple weeks and I'm going to focus on light weight/high reps. Top of elbow has some tendonitis going on so I think a deload week might be wise. Every week my numbers are going up tho; it's addicting to want to really push my limits, but I need to let my tendons catch up.

Lol thanks bro! Thinking I might hit 500 at the end of my cycle. Lower body feels great, no knee or hip pain at all. Still want 405 on bench but I'm taking the week off from bench and healing up.
