Almost have the Laying Hamstring Curl machine maxed out! Hammies have grown a lot during this cycle. I have the worst bicep genetics so the growth there has been disappointing but my back and legs have blown up. Rear delts are coming in as well so all in all I'm happy with this first real cycle. I have 2 bottles of npp left that I'm going to cruise on, just 25mg every other day with 50mg test e every other day.
 
Yeah I've understood they're both dht derivatives. I just have been watching ifbb pros talk about their cycles and using primo as an estrogen control. But I'm going to run dbol again at the end of my cycle, or maybe at the beginning and then throw in something at the end for strength.

Yeah i stretch really good then warm up and stretch again. Calf machine has been maxed out for a while. One of the bros at the gym was doing 7 plates on belt squat so I wanna ask what his cycle is cuz he's lean af but super strong so it's gotta be tren lol.

yup stretching is key, thats how I got injuries by NOT stretching lol
